Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and {{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}}(“Sweet Social”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Sweet Social, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can use Sweet Social

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You may not use the service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity that happens on your account. Keep your password secure. Notify us at {{LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL}} immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant {{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}} a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, improve, and promote the service. This license ends when you delete the content, except where retention is required to comply with law or to enforce these Terms.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to post your content and that it does not violate the law or the rights of any third party.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to: (a) post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually exploitative, or violence-inciting content; (b) violate intellectual-property or privacy rights; (c) impersonate any person; (d) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service; (e) post spam, malware, or fraudulent material; (f) sexually exploit or endanger minors. 5. Subscriptions & payments

Optional paid features (e.g., Sweet Social Pro at $6/month and Post Boosts at $3 each) are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from the “Manage billing” page; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Taxes are calculated and collected as required by your jurisdiction.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk to the community. You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may retain limited information after deletion as required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, {{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}} will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless {{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}} from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Where required, this provision does not affect non-waivable consumer rights you have under local law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
